💀Challenge Rules:
▪️ No food, drink or relief for the duration of the challenge.
▪️ You must video your challenge without edits & remain on camera at all times until the challenge is complete.
▪️ Read the short disclaimer found at the bottom of leagueoffire.com/disclaimer clearly into the camera.
▪️ The Cap Bar V1 must be opened from a sealed packet on screen remain on screen until fully consumed.
▪️ You have 5 minutes to consume the whole bar then endure a 5 minute after burn
▪️ If you consume the bar in under 5 minutes you start the after burn immediately
▪️ After the 5 minutes are up you have completed the challenge.
▪️ Repeat as necessary.
If you take longer than 5 minutes to consume the whole bar or do not complete the full 5 minute after burn it’s a fail.
